Spoon River is a farm-to-fork style restaurant with a goal to source as much of our menu from the state of North Carolina as possible. We believe in and support NC agriculture and connecting with local growers. 

Menus change seasonally, weekly, even daily, based upon what is available, local and fresh. For that reason, menus typically not available prior to service, for any given meal. We are known for our selection of local seafood and always available steaks.  Desserts are homemade right here in Belhaven. 

We serve dinner 5:30pm until, on Mondays & Wednesday thru Saturday. We serve brunch Saturday 11:30am to 2:30pm + Sunday 10:30am to 2:30pm.

We accomadate special diets, preferably communicated noted when reservations are made.


Executive Chef Julio Andre joined Spoon River in December 2015, hailing from New Jersey. His seafood dishes are incredible, and he can cook a steak perfectly. Chef Julio fuses a Spanish flair with classic American cuisine.
